Invitations

We had silver metallic invitations with the actual writing on transparent white paper that has silver hearts on it, we then tied a silver ribbon around the entire invitation and placed it in a metallic silver envelope.
The order of service was printed on card that has the same type of print as the transparent paper. Inside we placed a piece of A4 photocopy paper which the order of service was printed on. I tied it together with silver ribbon like the one used on the invitations.
For the menus I printed them on a piece A5 transparent paper (like the one used for or invitations) then stood them on a miniature silver easel that sat on the middle of the tables.
Finally the place cards were printed on the same type card and that doubled up as our thank you cards. Below is the invitation.

Photographer

A friend of the family, Annette did our photography. She arrived at 2pm take photos at my parents house then she drove to the church and take photos of Louis' family. She then took pictures of me getting out of the carriage, the ceremony and then more family photos after the wedding. We had our photos done at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) grounds.

We chose Erin's Designs near mum and dad's for our flowers here is what we chose; for me 40 bridal pink roses that are just beginning to open, they were tied with a silver ribbon around the stems. Becky had 20 taniki white and bridal pink roses with silver ribbon also. Beth had a posy of pink and white spray roses and finally the twins had tiny white baskets with silver ribbons around the handle and white and pink spray roses inside. Louis had a white rose with one tiny bud beside it and Dad, Kyle and Steve had a white rose by itself. We had corsages for Mum, Liz, Liz's Mum and Steve's mum they had white, pink & silver. Here our three bouquets of flowers.

Our transport

First of all we drove from my parents in a black stretch limousine (because it is too far for the horse to travel) then we met the horse and carriage at Newstead house an old and historic house just outside the city. The carriage was a burgundy Landau carriage with one black horse. Dad, Becky and I arrived in that to the church then Louis and I left the church in it. Louis ,Kyle and their father arrived at the church in a our car done up in bridal ribbon. The limo that took us to Newstead house then took the bridal party to the photography location. Here is a picture of the carriage & limousine.
